A novembre uscirà il tribute box set 'The Many Faces Of Black Sabbath'

Il prossimo 3 novembre uscirà “The Many Faces Of Black Sabbath“, un nuovissimo box set tutto dedicato ai quattro rocker di Birmingham. Il box set conterrà 3 CD per un totale di 42 brani: nel primo disco, intitolato “The Players (and more)“, saranno presenti artisti che nel corso degli anni hanno fatto parte della band, a partire da Tony Iommi, chitarrista e membro fondatore dei Black Sabbath. Non si può tralasciare il fatto che il primo disco conterrà potenti versioni di classici quali “Paranoid“, “Children Of The Grave” e “Hole In The Sky“, reinterpretate da rockstar come Vince Neil (Mötley Crüe), George Lynch (Dokken), Racer X e Agent Steel. Il secondo disco, oltre a contenere intramontabili brani della band, come “Sabbath Bloody Sabbath“, “N.I.B.” e “War Pigs” – reinterpretati da artisti statunitensi, tedeschi e argentini – sarà composto anche da tre canzoni della carriera solista di Ozzy Osbourne: “Mr. Crowley“, “Crazy Train” e “Bark At The Moon“, suonate per l’occasione dal chitarrista Yngwie Malmsteen, da Dee Snider (Twisted Sister) e da Jason Bonham (figlio di John Bonham dei Led Zeppelin). Infine, l’ultimo disco, intitolato “The Legacy“, presenterà 14 tracce di stoner rock, genere musicale underground nato dal suono dei primi Black Sabbath (soprattutto il periodo fra il loro debut album “Black Sabbath” del 1970 e “Sabotage” del 1975). In questo disco saranno presenti band come Freedom Hawk, Sasquatch e Isaak. Di seguito le track list del box set:
